Join me this springtime in one of my favorite places on earth, my home state of Vermont. Over three nights and four days you'll be treated to amazing locally-sourced vegetarian food, twice daily (beginner-friendly) slow flow and restorative yoga classes specially designed to replenish and restore, plus there will be plenty of time during the day to explore. There will be optional trips to a sugarhouse to learn how maple syrup is made (and to get a world famous maple creemee), a farm to learn how cheese is made (complete with cow-kissing and cheese tasting), a nearby brewery and (weather permitting) a hiking trail. For times you want to lay low, our retreat site Good Commons boasts a fabulous jacuzzi hot tub, indoor/outdoor fire pits and for an additional fee, you could book a massage (the masseuse always gets rave reviews by my retreaters!)

$250 deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment is due by February 21, which is 2 months prior to the retreat.
If payment in full has been received and you need to cancel prior to February 21, all but the $250 deposit will be refunded.
If payment in full has been received and you need to cancel between February 21 and March 21, all but the $250 deposit and an additional 10% cancellation fee will be refunded.
There will be no refunds of any amount after March 21.

Vermont Retreat with Ben Chused & Kate Heffernan October 08-11, 2021
Vermont is a magical place all year round, but its exquisite beauty is amplified in the fall. Escape your daily grind and recharge as the trees transform into a colorful kaleidoscope of reds, oranges, and yellows. Join Ben Chused and Kate Heffernan at Good Commons Retreat Center in Plymouth, VT for a long weekend of fall foliage, delicious locally sourced food, and some amazing yoga.
We will arrive on Friday, October 8 @ 4pm and depart on Monday, October 11 @ 1pm.
Each day will begin with a light breakfast followed by a vigorous all-levels vinyasa flow practice in a warm, welcoming yoga studio. Following the practice, fresh lunch will be provided and the afternoon brings a myriad of options for activities such as relaxing in the hot tub, hiking, and exploring the county stores in nearby villages. During the late afternoon, we will gather for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga practice followed by a delicious dinner. Good Commons can even arrange for a massage therapist to make your retreat even more nourishing!

Prices are per person and include everything: accommodations, yoga, and all meals for the weekend. Upon registering, let Kate know if you have someone with whom you'd like to share a room, and if you are placing a deposit down also note what bedroom/size bed accommodation you're reserving. If you want to share your bed with someone, you will be charged the listed price of the bed plus the price of a twin loft bed. All reservations are first come, first serve!
