Join me this springtime in one of my favorite places on earth, my home state of Vermont. Over three nights and four days you'll be treated to amazing locally-sourced vegetarian food, twice daily (beginner-friendly) slow flow and restorative yoga classes specially designed to replenish and restore, plus there will be plenty of time during the day to explore. There will be optional trips to a sugarhouse to learn how maple syrup is made (and to get a world famous maple creemee), a farm to learn how cheese is made (complete with cow-kissing and cheese tasting), a nearby brewery and (weather permitting) a hiking trail. For times you want to lay low, our retreat site Good Commons boasts a fabulous jacuzzi hot tub, indoor/outdoor fire pits and for an additional fee, you could book a massage (the masseuse always gets rave reviews by my retreaters!)

$250 deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment is due by February 20, which is 2 months prior to the retreat.
If payment in full has been received and you need to cancel prior to February 20, all but the $250 deposit will be refunded.
If payment in full has been received and you need to cancel between February 20 and March 20, all but the $250 deposit and an additional 10% cancellation fee will be refunded.
There will be no refunds of any amount after March 20.
